From the sea breeze of the island of Pantelleria, a dry, pleasant Zibibbo, with the scents of earth and sea, carried by the wind. The Yrnm of Miceli Wine Companies is a wine that conquers instantly. Zibibbo Yrnm is a wine that is born on volcanic and sandy soil, from a late harvest. Aromatic wine, full, with good structure, intriguing and with a strong personality. Straw-colored in color, it presents extremely variegated and intense aromas, really pleasant and stimulating; we move from an uncommon floral bouquet of white mulberry and jasmine flowers to splendid musky and sage notes, and then spread to dried fruit, ginger, peanuts, ripe banana, pineapple and limoncello. The taste is decidedly soft, fragrant, warm and at the same time in perfect balance with the acidity and the savory note. Remarkably long persistence. It is a dry wine, of great structure and good alcohol content, very pleasant to drink.
