A great white fruit of a selected choice of carricante grapes. The aromas are varied and range from fresh citrus fruits (especially grapefruit) to slightly vegetal notes and, especially with aging, they acquire typical hydrocarbon characteristics. The reductive evolution is manifested by mineral notes of the "flint" type which disappear in the glass, leaving room for originality. On tasting it has a large body well supported by the acidity which gives the tasting a rare freshness and length.
