Caeles Cataratto Firriato is a wine that combines nature, respect for the territory and quality. After long years of observation and experimentation, Firriato has found in the Tenuta di Borgo Guarini the ideal place for breeding the Cataratto. The calcareous soils with the presence of clay and red marls, are characterized by a low fertility and humidity conditions. Also in the vineyard of Catarratto, as well as for the entire agricultural estate, grassing is practiced based on spontaneous plants of legumes and cereals. From the set of these pedoclimatic and cultural characteristics comes the certified organic Caeles Cataratto wine. Vivid specimen of wine produced according to biological procedure, is characterized by herbaceous nuances and a well-structured structure with the fruity tones of uncontaminated nature.
