Shymer produced by Baglio Pianetto is the acronym of the two grapes that make up this intense red, Shyraz (Syrah) and Merlot. A name that, in French, evokes the mythological figure of the chimera, a fantastic creature symbol of dreams and desires that seemingly impossible, but that, far from the preconceptions, the Marzotto family has managed to achieve thanks to wines like the Shymer. In this wine the floral notes are accompanied by those of red berry fruits, followed by oak barrels, toasted bacon, coffee and, finally, spicy cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.
