Malvasia delle Lipari is the DOC "nectar of the gods", which comes from a vineyard climbed on steep terraces overlooking the sea: an example of heroic viticulture that promotes and safeguards one of the oldest and most celebrated oenological pearls in the world. Malvasia delle Lipari was born with the desire to really remember the past malvasia , the emblem of a millenary civilization. The harvest is carried out after ripening and for the next fifteen days the grapes are dried in the sun on mobile racks, jealously guarded, turned every two / three days and covered at night. With a seductive golden yellow color, our Malvasia has a sweet and enveloping taste, characterized by aromas of candied fruit accompanied by a pleasant freshness.
