Vitese Chardonnay is an organic and vegan wine. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose has pronounced hints of fresh fruit and floral notes. Harmonious and balanced, with a pleasant viscosity that balances the delicate acidity. It goes well with raw fish and white meat appetizers. The vine is 100% Chardonnay. The vinification takes place in partial shelter from the air (semi-reduction); the must obtained from soft pressing is decanted and clarified in a natural way. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (16 ° C) for ten days in steel.
