Straw yellow with greenish reflections; brilliant. Hints of aromatic and citrus pineapple, cedar and ginger herbs, with an intense finish of salty notes, with flavors of caper fruit and seaweed. In the mouth it is round, pleasantly fresh, with a balanced acidity and at the same time buttery brioche pan brioche; at the reassembly we find papaja, yellow peach, mango, ripe pear, with a sweet almond finish.
