The Gaudensius Firriato is an Etna DOC Spumante produced on the volcanic soils of the slopes of Etna, in a climate that only Sicily can offer. Fresh, with a lively and cheerful froth, with a continuous perlage, it recalls bread crust and unripe white fruit. In the mouth it brings a shiver of salt that disappears on the finish leaving room for almond and black currant.
