Miscocosmo Perricone Barbera is an intense and brilliant ruby red, on the nose it is complex and harmonious, with aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate balsamic hints, which combine notes of laurel and fine spices. In the mouth it is soft and sapid, with round and velvety tannins, enriched by an excellent acid structure and an intense and persistent aftertaste. The Microcosmo vineyard is a mixed vineyard, which is considered a unique entity: the plants influence each other, approaching ripening times. So the monitoring of the ripening of the grapes has a fundamental importance to determine the most appropriate moment for the harvest, which usually takes place at the end of August.
