In the heart of the mountain overlooking the estate and from which the river "Rabidh-Allah" is born, the vineyards are grown where we select the grapes for the production of NUHAR, "flower" in Arabic. Good, clayey soils, sheltered from the wind and in full sun. Two great black vines, the Pinot Noir, king of Burgundy, which responds to the warmth of Sicily with color, sweetness and thickness unlikely elsewhere, and the Nero d'Avola which in these conditions is enriched with tannin and body.
