The Passito Intorcia comes from carefully chosen zibibbo grapes and dried on the plant, harvested in late September and with a short aging in oak barrels. An aromatic wine with a persistent, enveloping flavor, with intense aromas and hints of candied fruit. Excellent dessert wine, especially the combination with delicate cheeses.
