Obtained from Zibibbo grapes, harvested at the end of September, carefully selected and dried on the vine. A short aging in oak barrels allows a perfect balance between sweetness and alcohol. An aromatic wine, elegant and enveloping, persistent, with intense aromas with fruity notes of candied peel and raisins.
