It has an intense straw yellow color, crystalline with a floral bouquet with notes of jasmine and white flowers, notes of vegetables such as green tea, fruity with notes of green apple, pear, pineapple and citrus fruits. It is pleasantly fresh, mineral, soft, balanced and persistent. Ideal with fish-based first courses, delicate risottos and white meat dishes. The grape is 100% Grillo and is vinified with a soft pressing of the grapes and a static clarification of the must at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at 16 ° C with selected yeasts; refining in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months.
