The Grillo grape is one of the oldest in Sicily. It is perhaps the one that best recalls the aromas and richness of sensations. Tasting it is like "taking a leap" in our region. It is a fairly sapid wine, as part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the sea coast in front of the island of Mozia. These characteristics make it an evocative wine that encompasses all the sicilian character of the sea, summer breezes and Sicilian citrus fruits.
