Sparkling wine q1000 Abbazia Santa Anastasia is the fruit of expert viticulture at high altitude, the first "classic sparkling wine" produced by the Abbazia Santa Anastasia grown at 1000 meters above sea level. This Brut quality has a fine and silky perlage and presents a bouquet with delicate aromas of bread crust, mineral notes and a light touch of black currant. On the tongue it is crunchy, sapid and full-bodied; flexible with great balance. Aging in contact with yeasts for 24 months, placed on pupitre with manual remuage.
