Special selections of an ancient Calabrese biotype, commonly known in the area of Campobello di Licata as Inzolia Rosa, supported by the aromatic contribution of some selections of Chardonnay biotypes grown in the Milici area. A beautiful pink color with salmon-colored reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent. The nose reveals aromas where the exotic red fruit emerges in which litchi and strawberry can be distinguished. On the palate it is creamy and sweet, enhances the aromatic notes of fruit and pastry favoring a transversal complexity.
