This Murgo rosé wine has a particular bond with the traditions of the Etna area where it was common practice to carry out very short macerations in order to produce fruity and prone drinkable wines, very appreciated in the area. The production techniques used enhance the aromatic characteristics of the vines used. It is a rosé wine of good coloring intensity with moderate tannins that also finds perfect combinations on fish-based dishes and fresh tomato-based dishes.
