Riserva V38AG Metodo Classico Milazzo is the special reserve created by Giuseppe Milazzo to tell about our terroir and our passionate work. The result of the wise fusion of special clones of Inzolia and Chardonnay, specially cultivated and selected to be able to face a long stay on the lees waiting for a special anniversary to be celebrated as the 40th anniversary of the first draft. Grapes harvested in 2004 and vinified separately. Two years of aging in the cellar, partly in steel and partly in oak barrels, then, in 2006, assembly with the addition of "liqueur de tirage" and, finally, bottling.
