Lavì Brut is a 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine. This cuvèe comes from a careful observation of the territory and from a selection of vineyards particularly suited to the production of sparkling wine grapes. The altitude between 500 and 600 meters, the chalky and calcareous soils found in the municipalities of Vita and Salemi, a predominantly cool climate with a good temperature range between day and night and an excellent sun exposure, have allowed to obtain a sparkling wine that perfectly reflects its territory with excellent quality levels.
