Irmàna is born from Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes, a full and balanced red, with aromas of morello and rose that recall the smells of Sicilian fields irradiated by the first sun of May. A wine made from grapes rich in Mediterranean sensations, cultivated in the deep respect of nature and where the harvest by hand allows to bring to the cellar only perfectly healthy and ideal ripening grapes. Suitable with tasty fish dishes, pasta, complex white or simple red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
