In Belpasso, an Italian town located on the slopes of Etna, stands Tenuta Papale, a farm specialized in the cultivation of typical products of the Sicilian territory. For over a decade, we have been constantly dedicated to the cultivation and harvesting of the fruits ripened from our land, driven by a strong passion and an indissoluble bond with our roots. The main objective is to ensure customers the best artisan delicacies, strictly Km0. The favorable climatic conditions of the island and the organoleptic characteristics of the volcanic territory have allowed the estate to achieve important results over time, especially in the production of oil and wine, both in terms of productivity and excellence. The vineyard surface, strategically distributed in lava stone terraces and at an altitude of about 750 meters, is cultivated with "Nerello Mascalese" and "Nerello Cappuccio" grapes, particularly indicated for the production of young and fresh wines, but also of more complex grapes and structured, primarily the Etna Rosso. The processing phase is similar for the whole product (steel silos); the refinement process, on the other hand, is divided into several stages.
