Grapes: Nero d’Avola. Appellation: Red - Sicilia I.G.T. Yield per Ha: 7 t. Fermentation: Traditional in red in stainless steel tanks skins maceration 10 days at 26-28°C. Malolactic fermentation: Totally developed. Aging: 50% of the must in stainless steel tanks, the remaining 50% in Slavonia oak barrel of 30 and 60 hl for 6 months, in bottle for 3 months before release. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Wine analytical data: AT 5.60 g/l - pH 3.62. Organoleptic Details Colour: Bright, intense ruby red. Bouquet: Cherry, mulberry, sour black cherry, blueberry, vanilla, sage. Taste: Pleasantly velvety and well balanced tannins.
