anniversary, decided to create a new white wine with equal parts of Inzolia and Varietà
Tasca, this latter produced only in Regaleali. Thus a wine was born which everybody judges
to be excellent.
Dedicated to his wife Franca, Nozze d’Oro was so well-received that it was decided to
continue the production in following years. White and of excellent structure. It is a cru of the
company.

Vineyards: Inzolia: “Barbabietole” (Ha 8.40), “Santa Luisa” (Ha 6.18), Sauvignon: “Santa Tea” (Ha 2.25). Soil: Inzolia: clayey and calcareous soil; Sauvignon: sandstone fine sands. Age of vineyards: “Barbabietole” 1972, “Santa Luisa” 2002, “Santa Tea” 2001. Altitude of vineyards: Inzolia 500 m, Sauvignon 700 m. Vineyard exposure: South-West. Training system: Espalier. Pruning system: Guyot. Vines per Ha: Inzolia 3,500 - Sauvignon 4,160. Yield per Ha: 5 t. Inzolia and 9 t. Sauvignon. Harvest period: Inzolia: September 17-18; Sauvignon: August 22. Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at 16/18°C controlled temperature. Length of the fermentation: 15 days. Malolactic fermentation: Not developed. Aging: 4/5 months in stainless steel tanks on yeasts and 3 months in bottle before release. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Wine analytical data: 5.90 g/l - pH 3.48.
