It was in 1995, ten years after his gift to his wife Franca for their golden wedding anniversary,
that Count Giuseppe decided to renew his promise. Diamante d’Almerita is the culminating
expression of this desire, produced from aromatic grape varieties grown in Tenuta di Regaleali.

Vines per Ha: 4,200. Drying method: On mats. Dry grapes yield per hectar: 3 t. Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at 16°C controlled temperature. Length of fermentation: 25 days. Malolactic fermentation: Not developed. Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in bottle before release.
