One of the most famous Nero d’Avola wines of Sicily. From the heart of the island, from gentle
hills cultivated with wheat and grapes as they have been for thousands of years, Regaleali
Nero d’Avola expresses all the style and class of the best-known European wineries. It was

Here, at the beginning of the twentieth-century, was born the first wine of Tasca d’Almerita
family, famous all over the world. Today, the blend of Nero d’Avola and Merlot, refined in
Troncais and Allier oak barrels, expresses the marriage between tradition and innovation.
Capofaro Malvasia di Salina has born from the love of Tasca d’Almerita family for sea
and vines. Shadow withering allow a correct sugar concentration and keep the aromatic
component of the grapes as well as their freshness. Malvasia Capofaro is an elegant wine,
never mawkish, perfect expression of the sea and the soil it takes its origins from.
Towards the end of the 60’s, Count Giuseppe decided to create a special reserve of Regaleali
Rosso, capable of aging like other great international red wines. A challenge he won in 1970
and renewed in successive vintages.
A wine long meditated upon, fruit of a research run with rigour and passion for many years
both among the vines and in the cellar.
Rosso del Conte is produced with Nero d’Avola from plants over forty years old cultivated as
shrubs almost unique today in Sicily.
...to my wife with immense love. A special wine. Count Giuseppe, for his golden wedding
anniversary, decided to create a new white wine with equal parts of Inzolia and Varietà
Tasca, this latter produced only in Regaleali. Thus a wine was born which everybody judges
to be excellent.
Dedicated to his wife Franca, Nozze d’Oro was so well-received that it was decided to
continue the production in following years. White and of excellent structure. It is a cru of the
company.
It was in 1995, ten years after his gift to his wife Franca for their golden wedding anniversary,
that Count Giuseppe decided to renew his promise. Diamante d’Almerita is the culminating
expression of this desire, produced from aromatic grape varieties grown in Tenuta di Regaleali.

Experimentation and research, in the vineyard and in the cellar, are expressions of the
tendency towards total quality that we find today in this year’s Leone d’Almerita. The great
size of the Regaleali Estate and the crucial overnight thermal excursion of more than 15°
C make it possible to freely choose which varieties to plant while ensuring the conservation
of the aromatic qualities of the grapes. This is how the new Leone d’Almerita was born -
fresh, aromatic taste and a clear personality, which combines the aromas and fragrances of
Catarratto Bianco and the smoothness of Chardonnay.

Regaleali, it scales the heights of perfection by marrying in a surprising way the refinement of
this international vine with the radiance of the Mediterranean. Fame and prestige accompany
the Chardonnay Tasca d’Almerita in its 1989 debut. Exceptional 100% vinification, unique
sensations, precious, both powerful and delicate, produced with rigour in limited quantity.
The experiments of the Regaleali Estate with the most famous international red wines has
led to the creation of an outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon, vinified purely. A label which has
focused the entire world’s attention on Sicily’s extraordinary but still little-known potential of

Origins of Villa Camastra (hereinafter Villa Tasca), dating from the middle of the fifteenth century. Located on the outskirts of Palermo's historic center, is one of the most beautiful residences Sicily. Immersed in a lush and varied flora, including palm trees, almond trees, and acacias, was the first hunting, only to be turned into holiday-residence.
