It was born out of an act of love towards Sicily and her most important
native red grape variety. We gather only the most perfect grapes, those that
are sun-kissed, and make wine out of them with care and passion. What a
result! Dark, dense ruby colour, marvelous hints of red fruits highlighted by
prunes and black cherries. Tha palate is very concentrated, powerful and
warm, with vigorously caressing tannins. It is a work of balance and
harmony that has captured us as only a great composition could have done.
We thereforedecided to call it Harmonium.
